BREMEN WORKSHOP: DOODLISM IN EDUCATION & ON THE WALLS

Following the publication of the Doodlism Manifesto and its integration into the creative curriculum at Lessing Schule in Bremen, we hosted a massive interactive Doodlism workshop featuring 300 students.

Breaking completely away from the rigid boundaries of traditional art education, I guided these young creators to embrace intuitive, continuous linework—free from erasers, pre-planned sketches, or fear of mistakes. Working across massive 8-meter canvas formats, the students translated their spontaneous thoughts and collective energy into vibrant line-art narratives.

The energy generated during this Bremen session made such a powerful impact that it caught the attention of German national television channels and was featured on prime-time news. Doodlism and its philosophy of pure presence were now recognized on an international stage.

At the end of the workshop, we curated a special exhibition inside the school to showcase these extraordinary collaborative pieces. The completed artworks were subsequently mounted as permanent mural displays across the interior corridors, transforming the entire campus into an inspiring visual gallery that honors youth self-expression and lasting artistic identity.
