Celebrating the opening of ING Bank’s new headquarters in Istanbul, Küntay Tarık Evren directed an internal communications art activation that turned employees into co-creators. Evren initially created a custom concept illustration mapping the bank's core identity, which was scaled and transferred directly onto a central office feature wall. Over the course of the event, ING Bank employees actively participated by tracing, line-inking, and completing sections of the mural. This collaborative process transformed the workplace wall into a shared, interactive artwork that fosters collective ownership, team unity, and a lasting creative legacy inside the new headquarters.
