For the debut launch festival of Upcycle İstanbul—a major sustainability initiative founded by one of Türkiye’s leading industrial glass producers to transform manufacturing glass waste into artistic skateboards—Küntay Tarık Evren designed a central, large-scale upcycled glass artwork and entrance installation. Fusing sustainable design principles with signature Doodlism line art, Evren repurposed discarded glass fragments and production scraps into a illuminated glass wall mosaic. Serving as the primary visual feature at the festival’s main entrance display wall, the installation welcomed attendees with dynamic, wave-like continuous line compositions, highlighting the transformation of industrial waste into high-concept art and urban culture.
